今日，中国民主进步联盟成员 Jason 正式完成澳大利亚入籍仪式，成为澳大利亚公民。

Today, Jason, a member of the China Democracy Progressive Alliance, officially completed his Australian citizenship ceremony and became an Australian citizen.

对于 Jason 而言，这不仅是身份上的改变，更是人生道路上的一个重要时刻。

For Jason, this is more than a change of legal status. It marks an important milestone in his life.

过去，他因坚持自己的政治信念、参与民主活动，最终离开故土，来到澳大利亚。来到这里之后，他依然没有放弃对民主、自由与人的尊严的追求，并持续参与海外民主活动、表达自己的声音。

In the past, his political beliefs and participation in democratic activities led him to leave his homeland and begin a new life in Australia. Since arriving here, he has continued to stand for democracy, freedom, and human dignity, while remaining actively involved in overseas democratic activities.

今天，当 Jason 站在澳大利亚国旗下完成公民宣誓，与来自世界各地的新公民共同唱起《Advance Australia Fair》时，他眼含热泪。

Today, as Jason stood beneath the Australian flag, made his citizenship pledge, and sang Advance Australia Fair together with new citizens from around the world, tears filled his eyes.

从曾经的恐惧与不安，到今天正式成为一个民主国家的公民，这一路来之不易。

From uncertainty and fear in the past to becoming a citizen of a democratic country today, his journey has not been an easy one.

澳大利亚给予他的，不仅是一张公民证书，更是一份自由表达思想的权利、一份受到法律保护的安全感，以及一个可以重新开始的新家园。

Australia has given him more than a citizenship certificate. It has given him the freedom to express his views, the security of being protected by law, and a new home in which he can build his future.
